  2. Custom Orders: Custom-built firearms and specially ordered items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  2. Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
